Ending the year with community and kindness (& sparkles)
This year has brought change, uncertainty and rising need for our clients and for Focus Counselling. Amid new systems, structures and a tougher funding landscape, moments of connection have mattered more than ever.
Ending the year aboard the SS Great Britain as Women Mean Biz’s Charity of the Year was one such moment: a powerful reminder of what compassionate, connected community can achieve. We are deeply grateful for the generosity, and support shown. It truly moved us.
Thank you to all our friends, funders, partner organisation and supporters for standing with Focus and helping make our communities in which we serve kinder and more connected.
Thank you, to everyone who made our band and auction night such a resounding success!
There are so many incredible people we really want to thank for making the evening possible:
• All our incredibly kind auction prize donors and the very generous people who did the bidding!
• Richard Beauvoisin for his time and fantastic auctioneering expertise — all given so generously and completely free
• The astonishingly good Hyperlow and Stevie B and the Wonders, who DJ’d and performed for free and absolutely lit up the night
We raised £4,522!
From all of us at Focus, and from all those whose lives your generosity will touch, thank YOU.
