    Support for Young People

We’ve created this simple Support for Young People guide, bringing together trusted organisations, helplines & apps that are there to listen, day or night.

We’re here too. We believe every young person deserves to be heard, supported and reminded that they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.

On behalf of the Trustees, staff, trainees and volunteers at Focus Counselling, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks for joining us on Vision day - either in person or via your best wishes from afar - and for giving Focus the opportunity to share our vision for mental health provision in our community. It meant so much to have your support.
