    Creative journalling for mental health workshop - September 2026

    We are delighted that Bex will be coming into Focus to offer a 2 hour workshop on how creative journalling can help with our mental health.

    Bex illustrates live at conferences, events, weddings & celebrations. She creates eye-catching visual summaries of podcasts, & infographics for businesses as well as running creative journalling & wellbeing workshops.

    In 2025, she was long-listed for the prestigious First Graphic Novel Award.

    Team Focus at this year's Bath Boules

    Oh là là! What a truly magnifique day at Bath Boules

    We loved every minute of the fun, the community spirit and the bonne ambiance!

    Our very grateful thanks go to the brilliant team of "Wonderlabbers" at Digital Wonderlab. We may have been the losing team on the pétanque court (they were seriously good!), but they were incredibly generous in donating £250.

    ‘Team Focus’ finished the day in mid table obscurity, but we didn’t care, we had loads of fun!
